Peanut Butter Pie

Chocolate Crust:

25 chocolate cookie sandwiches crushed

4 tablespoons melted butter 

 

Mix cookie crumbs and butter and press into pie dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 7 minutes or until set. Cool completely. 

*This pie is just as delicious if you choose to use a pre-made graham cracker crust. 

 

Filling: 

1 cup of your favorite creamy peanut butter

1- 8 ounce package of cream cheese

1 ¼  cup of confectioner’s sugar  

1/2 tsp cinnamon 

1/4 tsp salt 

8 ounces heavy cream, whipped. 

 

Beat peanut butter and cream cheese together until smooth. Add, on slow speed, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Once blended fold in whipped cream. Pour into cooled pie crust and chill in refrigerator 2 hours or until set.
